Build the Keystone Pipeline - Extend It To Alaska - Extend It To Russia
With the Arctic Ice melting and Alaska needing oil tax revenue and in a stranglehold to drill ANWR, then why not.
With the ice and snow melting there is plenty of fresh water for fracking.
Also if it turns out that the west is right in energy independence we can pump west to, Russia and China.
If it turns out the west is wrong, then the east can pump it to the east to Canada and the USA.
Then we will have achieved Northern Hemisphere Energy Independence NHEI (knee-hi)
